Custom Shaper Cutter Set

This client needed to create a radius profile on some board edges. The the one radius had to fit just inside the other to make an interlocking edge design. After getting their drawings we created a customized set of shaper cutters to cut that exact profile.

Moulder Knives

A couple of knives for creating custom crown molding. We created these and also can sharpen them when they get dull.

Rosette Cutters

We have built many rosette cutters over the years. This pile of wood samples is proof! We created all of the cutters for them here at the shop.
